Culture and handicrafts: the Artieri Festival in Marzamemi
“Artieri Mercato Creativo ” is back in the ancient Tonnara of Marzamemi. The event, conceived by Angela Cacciola and Maria Grazia Barbagallo, supports the dissemination of culture and artistic handicrafts, promoting the sector’s markets.
The beautiful Sicilian setting features some 40 exhibits by artisans and two exclusive exhibitions, those of Citylivesketch and Santi Codiglione, who also created ad hoc illustrations for the occasion.
From ceramics to white stone, from jewelry to sewing to creative recycling: from Aug. 6 to 15, from 6 p.m. to midnight, in collaboration with New Circular Solution, you can admire works of art, one-of-a-kind or limited edition pieces, original creations, as well as artisans directly at work.
