Villa Verdemare is a complex of accommodations suitable for every need, located in the famous seaside hamlet “San Lorenzo,” a few kilometers from Noto, Vendicari and Marzamemi.

AMBER APARTMENT – 4/6 pax

The “Ambra” apartment located to the south of the villa, spreads over a covered area of about 90 sq m of very elegant finish with youthful, convenient and comfortable furniture. It consists of: living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, two bedrooms (one double and one twin). Outside, large covered veranda with chairs, table, barbecue, sink, washing machine, and outdoor shower. Private parking.

SMERALDO APARTMENT – 6 pax

The “Emerald” apartment located to the southeast of the villa has a covered area of about 110 square meters, has all the necessary amenities. It has: living room, bathroom with shower, kitchen, three bedrooms (one double and two twins), storage room and spacious closets. Outside, a large outdoor veranda, the yard, table, chairs, barbecue, sink, and a large outdoor shower where a toilet is attached. Private parking.

RUBIN APARTMENT – 6/8 pax

The “Ruby” apartment is the largest and most elegant in the entire facility. It spreads over about 120 sq. m. of covered area, is accessed from Verdemare Avenue, has two small balconies and two large outdoor courtyards, the one of 100 sq. m. equipped with an outdoor shower, wood-burning oven, barbecue and sink, and the other of 40 sq. m. equipped with a wooden gazebo. It consists of: three large bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), an entrance living room, two independent bathrooms with showers, and a large kitchen with a sofa bed. Private parking.

DIAMOND APARTMENT – 4/6 pax

The “Diamond” apartment, although the oldest, is one of the most comfortable. It spreads over about 100 sq. m. covered, with two comfortable verandas, one of which is about 30 sq. m. with attached solarium and outdoor kitchen, barbecue, two sinks, outdoor shower. Inside it consists of: large living room with two sofa beds, a kitchenette, two air-conditioned bedrooms (one double and one twin), bathroom with shower. An additional room, with two beds, in the basement floor can be granted upon request.

ZAFFIRO APARTMENT – 2/3 pax

The “Sapphire” apartment is the smallest but the warmest. For its modest size of about 30 sq. m. Is suitable for young couples. Very refined, it consists of one equipped room: kitchen/living room with single sofa bed, large open double bedroom, bathroom. Outside there is a comfortable covered veranda with table and chairs.

ZIRCONE APARTMENT – 5 pax

Adjacent to the villa stands the “Zircon” apartment. It stands out from the others in that it is located on the second floor of a semi-detached house, the ground floor of which is inhabited by the owner, and because of the art paintings arranged around the house. It consists of: very large living room/kitchen with fireplace, three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single), a large luxurious bathroom. Outside, covered veranda, shower, laundry and barbecue.
