Villa Venus

Villa Venere is a newly built luxury villa, just a few steps from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo and equipped with a fantastic swimming pool.

Attention was paid to the choice of furniture, interior and exterior lighting, details and colors. The facility offers all amenities: air conditioning, heating, fireplace, WI-FI access, a large parking lot.

The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) with 3 private bathrooms with showers, a well-equipped kitchen that opens onto a large and bright living room.

Exterior stairs lead to the second floor where you will find another large bedroom, equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed and a private bathroom.

Outside is another kitchen with barbecue and dining area, another bathroom with shower, and a fantastic swimming pool.
