Terrazza Caracciolo is an apartment located on the second floor of a building in the heart of Cefalu, just a few steps from the beach. Specifically, it is located in the building that once housed the Osterio Piccolo and opposite theOsterio Magno, Domus Regia of Roger II.

The accommodation is accessed by passing through a small condominium courtyard, where a staircase made from the stone of the Rock of Cefalù, in typical Madonite style, leads to the front door of this little gem set in the historic center of the town.

The front door opens directly into the fully furnished and equipped kitchen. It also has an oven and microwave.

Continuing on, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, a double bedroom on the same level, and a second twin room located in a cozy attic room with a wooden ceiling. In fact, thanks to this arrangement, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.

The bathroom, in delicate and elegant tones, is equipped with a toilet, bidet and shower and contributes to theharmony generated between the four walls by its simple lines.

Attention to detail leads the way, along with taste in the choice of furnishings.

All rooms are air-conditioned in summer and heated in cold periods. In addition, thermal break windows and doors provide excellent sound insulation and even temperature insulation.
