The property includes the Villa, an annex (with 1 double bed and 1 bathroom) and 5000 sq. m. of land where olive trees, carob trees and His Majesty the Pizzuta Almond Tree, a symbol of this landscape, are cultivated. The Villa has two bedrooms (1 double bed, two single beds) each with its own bathroom, and a kitchen with living room (with sofa bed). The style of the Villa is as close as possible to an authentic Sicilian country house.

The villa is located in one of the most sought-after districts in the area, just 3 km from the Vendicari Oasis and 6 km from Noto. It enjoys a unique view in the Val di Noto: the Baroque Capital of Unesco Heritage with the Iblei Mountains behind, its valley, the coast with its Oasis and crystal clear waters.

Additional strength of this location, besides the view, is the freshness of the hill air, a rarity in the hot season. The property is surrounded by carob, olive, almond and lemon trees and also has a swimming pool.
