Villa Trinacria

Independent portion with private access of semi-detached villa 50 meters from the free beach of Santa Maria del Focallo. Recently renovated, surrounded by a lovely garden, equipped with air conditioning and free WI-FI.

Villa Trinacria was renovated in 2012 with love and respect for the raw materials of the Sicilian lands. The house is entirely arranged on the ground floor consists of:

– A separate entrance with covered parking space for two small/medium sized cars or one large car
– A front terrace with a small garden and table for 4 people
– a covered terrace, with a small garden, fireplace for grilling/barbecue, outdoor fountain, bathroom with toilet and shower, table for 6-8 persons and lounge chairs.
– veranda kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas stove, sink, washing machine

– a large transverse living room with double sofa bed, screen, refrigerator, sideboard, table for 4 people
– A large master bedroom with a four-season closet
– one bedroom with a bunk bed plus a single crib
– a modern bathroom renovated in 2012 with a shower, sink and toilet
