Initially, essentially home cooking was offered, anchored strongly in Modican and Sicilian traditions in general.
This, the base from which it started and which then, with the arrival of the
Chef Lorenzo Ruta
, has been partly maintained, but at the same time many other new dishes have been included in the menu, which have intrinsic the character ofinnovation, dictated by Lorenzo’s irrepressible desire to create.
Over the years, the menu has been updated several times, taking into account the seasonality of the products, but also the exercise of style that is reserved for each dish as the end result of study, technique and passion.
The fusion is the primary feature of Taverna Migliore’s gourmet proposal in Modica, capable of interpreting the area while adding a significant wave of freshness, reserved equally for the needs of Sicilian heritage.
Taverna Migliore is located in Modica’s Zona Artigianale, in a wonderfully rebuilt rural home, extremely comfortable and sought after, surrounded by a garden and close to Chef Ruta’s vegetable garden.
