Street Art Tour 2.0 in Palermo
Art knows a variety of forms, one of which is street art. On Sunday, Feb. 13, it will be possible to participate in a different tour than usual in Palermo. Street Art Tour 2.0 takes participants to discover the historic center, through the most hidden alleys, passing by the markets of Ballarò and Capo.
Here, it will be possible to admire and observe new murals, featuring innovative techniques. The experience is organized by Alternative Tours and the meeting point is Porta Carini, 10:30 a.m.
What will be observed? Prominent among the shapes and figures will be the archetypal women of beauty by Marco Mirabile a.k.a. Temet Nosce, the positivity of the Toquè brothers, the bicycles of Yuri Romagnoli a.k.a. HOPNN, the storytelling of Exit/Enter, and the comics of Astro Naut.
Walls, arcades, seemingly forgotten places become the scene of new projects and urban redevelopment full of creativity and energy, which does not forget the legends of the past.
