Excursion to Piana degli Albanesi
A day dedicated to discovery and nature. A nature hike to Piana degli Albanesi is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m, through Mount Pizzuta, Mount Maja and Pelavet and Cozzo delle Neviera.
A guided walk through the wonders of this Sicilian area with its original history and truly rich in breathtaking views. This area until 1941 was called Piana dei Greci and represents one of the best known and most populous historic Arbëreshë communities.
