Trekking in Marettimo
Marettimo is part of the Egadi archipelago but, unlike neighboring Favignana, it is an island where nature takes over, suited more to slow tourism than mass tourism. The beauty of the landscape and the quality of the trails have made this little paradise on earth a popular destination for hikers from all over the world. And so the old mule tracks recovered and made accessible by the Forestry Department have given rise to a dense network of trails for all tastes and needs.
It will be possible to enjoy this this weekend. In fact, an experience of nature, history, archaeology and food and wine is scheduled from May 13 to 15.
The participation fee is 157 euros per person and includes overnight stay in vacation homes located in the town of Marettimo, two dinners in affiliated restaurants, drinks with meals (1/4 wine and 1/2 water), licensed hiking guide and customer service throughout the trek.
