Naturalistic excursion in the forest of Ficuzza
Sunday in nature. On Feb. 20, it will be possible to participate in a challenging level of hiking in the Ficuzza forest in Marineo, PA. Wild vegetation, daring trails, ridges, eddies and streams.
The meeting point is at 8:15 a.m. in the SS118 widening leading to the BushPub Shelter, after a few hundred meters. The route continues to Cozzo Lupo, then turns around the Grago and Riccio whirlpools, passes by Cozzo Bileo and Torre del Bosco, and descends along paths that flank the creek and the Arcera valley.
Finally, going up a short distance around Cozzo Cipollazzo, we return to the starting point, the BushPub Shelter.
